I grew up with two cultures and, as a result, learned early on to view the world from different perspectives. I see enormous potential in exactly this: Germany offers many opportunities in the areas of education, career, innovation, and personal development, while the Hispanic world is characterized by creativity, openness, community, and an entrepreneurial spirit. With DICA, I want to build a bridge between these two worlds—making knowledge more accessible, sharing experiences, and highlighting opportunities that might otherwise remain undiscovered. It is not about copying one culture, but about learning from each other and combining our respective strengths. DICA aims to inspire people, impart knowledge, and provide them with the tools they need to recognize their own opportunities and shape their own path.
